User Guide for NASA Electric NS-521 Tea Maker
To achieve the best performance from the NASA Electric NS-521 Tea Maker, first place the power base on a flat and stable surface. Before the first use, fill the kettle up to the maximum level, boil the water twice, and discard it to clean the internal parts and remove any initial odor.
For regular use, fill the kettle with the required amount of water, keeping the level between the MIN and MAX marks, then close the lid securely. Place the kettle correctly on the base to ensure proper connection. The display will turn on, and if the E1 error appears, reposition the kettle properly on the base.
To boil water, select the Kettle function to start heating at 100°C. You can also adjust the temperature manually between 40°C and 93°C according to your preference. After reaching the selected temperature, the keep-warm function activates automatically and maintains the water temperature at approximately 90°C for up to 2 hours.
For brewing tea, open the filter, add the desired amount of tea leaves, fill the teapot with hot water, and place it on the warming plate. The tea can be kept warm at the default temperature of 93°C or at your preferred setting.
After each use, clean the removable parts with mild detergent after the appliance has cooled down. To remove mineral deposits, use a mixture of water and citric acid, then boil clean water several times to remove any remaining residue.
